Return Information

  9. Submit your return request.
  10. Our staff will receive an automatic refund request email and will be immediately notified via automatic summary email when the request is processed.

Acceptance of Returns:

Your return request may be answered as follows:

  • Partly Accepted
  • Not Accepted: An email will be sent to you with the reason for rejection.

Right of Cancellation and Refund:

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, from the moment of receipt of the goods.
