1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the ececile.it website (the “Website”) operated by Cecile Srl.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Products and Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Cecile Srl reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual products, without affecting their authenticity or quality.
3. Orders
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase one or more products.
Orders are considered accepted only after confirmation email is sent by Cecile Srl.
Cecile Srl reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of stock unavailability, payment irregularities, or suspected fraud.
4. Payments
Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or other methods available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely via Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway.
No additional fees are charged beyond those displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Italy to the destination specified by the customer.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at checkout.
Within the European Union, all prices are final and inclusive of duties and taxes.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Cecile Srl via email at cs@ececile.com within the 14-day period.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and complete with original packaging, authenticity cards, and tags.
Once the returned goods are received and verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Warranty and Authenticity
Cecile Srl guarantees that all products sold are 100% authentic and sourced only through authorized distribution networks.
Products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with Italian Consumer Law (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Account Use and Fraud Prevention
Cecile Srl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block, with immediate effect and without prior notice, any user account found to be engaging in illicit or fraudulent activity.
Accounts showing abnormal behavior, including the use of bots or automation tools, may be suspended.
In such cases, accumulated loyalty points and pending orders may be canceled.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may resolve disputes out of court through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:

Consumers not satisfied with the resolution of a complaint may also contact the Netcomm-Consumer Associations Joint Conciliation Body, of which Cecile Srl is a member.

11. RAEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 49/2014, consumers may deliver used electronic equipment to public collection centers or return them to authorized retailers.
Cecile Srl participates in the proper management and recycling of electrical and electronic waste to ensure environmental compliance.
12. Language and Validity
In case of discrepancies between the English version and other translations of this document, the English version shall prevail.
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective.
