Cecile Srl, established in 1972 as a retail enterprise, represents the evolved state of a company that initially operated under the name Seckin Optik. From its inception, the company has successfully managed dozens of stores in the optics and watch sectors for over three decades, established valuable commercial relationships in Europe, secured various franchises, and solidified its position in the industry as both an exporter and importer.

In the early 2000s, making a strategic pivot from retail to focus on wholesale import and export, our company embarked on a new journey in Italy in 2018 as Cecile Srl. Return Information

We guarantee that the products are free of defects, fully functional, and complete with boxes, instructions, manuals, and warranties (paper or digital), except for some exceptions explicitly stated by us. If you discover a defect in the products, you must notify us via email as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. No requests will be evaluated after this date for any reason. You must have our authorization to send us feedback, so please follow the automated procedure outlined below:

  1. Connect to our website: ececile.it
  2. Log in to your membership.
  3. Click on the "Orders" tab.
  4. Find the order you wish to return.
  5. Click the "Return Order" button for the order you want to return.
  6. Log in again with your email in the newly opened window.
  7. Select the product you want to return.
  8. Select the reason for the return.
  9. Submit your return request.
  10. Our staff will receive an automatic refund request email and will be immediately notified via automatic summary email when the request is processed.

Acceptance of Returns:

Your return request may be answered as follows:

  • Accepted
  • Partly Accepted
  • Not Accepted: An email will be sent to you with the reason for rejection.

Right of Cancellation and Refund:

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, from the moment of receipt of the goods. All payments made to us, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated their desire to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, without incurring any fees. All products must be returned in the same condition you received them, complete with box, booklet, and warranty. Used or missing items will not be accepted for any reason. The return costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) will be borne by the buyer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending a clear statement to e-mail address.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
