Returns and refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

All products must be returned in their original condition, complete with box, tags, manuals, and warranties (paper or digital).
Products that are damaged, used, or missing components cannot be accepted.

If you discover a defect, please notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order at cs@ececile.com.
Requests received after this period cannot be evaluated.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit our website: ececile.it
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to the “Orders” section.
  4. Find the order you wish to return.
  5. Click on “Return Order”.
  6. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  7. Submit your return request.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and notify you via email.
Your request may be:

  • Accepted
  • Partially accepted
  • Not accepted (in this case, you will receive an email explaining the reason)

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

If you exercise this right, all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs — will be refunded within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without additional fees.

You will then receive a return shipping label at your email address.
Return shipping costs (and any customs duties, if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, simply send your notice before the 14-day period expires.


Important Notes
  • ECECILE cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear or damage not due to manufacturing defects.
  • Returns received without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
