ECECILE ships worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
All orders that are in stock are shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs
All shipments are free of charge — no hidden fees.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes up to 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Transit times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Delays and Responsibilities
ECECILE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, or any circumstances beyond our control.
We work closely with our logistics partners to guarantee a premium and timely service from order to delivery.
International Shipments
All orders are shipped from the European Union (EU).
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
As required by international shipping laws, all parcels sent outside the EU include an official commercial invoicedeclaring the value of the items contained.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (AWB). You can follow your shipment in real time:
