Return Information

  • Not Accepted: An email will be sent to you with the reason for rejection.

Right of Cancellation and Refund:

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, from the moment of receipt of the goods. All payments made to us, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the consumer communicated their desire to withdraw.
