Shipping & Delivery

DHL, FEDEX and UPS are used for our international shipments.

In order to provide the best possible service, we have developed agreements by collaborating with the best couriers to guarantee quality service at all times, from order to delivery, which is why we do not ship by postal service.

To check the shipping costs, simply add the products you want to the cart: our system will automatically calculate the weight and volume, providing you with the cost according to your location.

Please note that the entire product to be delivered to yourdre will be shipped from the European Union, and therefore your orders for countries outside the European Union will be subject to each country's own customs duties

As required by customs procedures, all shipments to countries outside the European Union are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items.

The optional insurance service is selected by default and costs 1%. If you wish, you can remove this service: in this case, the transportation of packages will be at your own risk.

Once the shipment is made, you can track it in real-time directly online using one of the following methods:

By clicking on the link with the waybill number (AWB) that you will find in our shipment confirmation email

(After logging in) By going to the "Order History" section and clicking on the shipment number

By entering the Bill of Lading Number (AWB) on the DHL, Fedex or UPS websites

Cecile ships worldwide via UPS,DHL or Fedex couriers and does not deliver to PO Boxes (P.O. Boxes).


Packages for countries within the European Union do not include an invoice or any other document containing the value of the goods.
